Ambrea and Zeb are married and live in Fort Thomas, KY with their dog, Zoie. Most of their friends and family consider them to be the "fit" couple that likes to travel, a lot! As a very busy couple they understand what it takes to make things work in terms of health, fitness, and their relationship.
With more than 20 years of combined health, fitness, and coaching experience, Ambrea and Zeb truly want to add value to as many couples and individuals as they can. They get so much joy and fulfillment knowing they helped someone work towards their goals. Helping people lose that excess weight, to tone up for their wedding, to get ready for beach season, to have more energy to play more with their kids and/or pets, to wear those pants they hadn’t worn in years… and to regain that confidence and rediscover their why.

BACKGROUND:
I have always loved sports and was an athlete growing up, playing football, baseball, basketball, power lifted, and even played some tennis. I train at least 5-6 days a week and am very strict with my diet year round. Although I haven't stepped on stage since 2010 I keep myself in shape just in case I get that itch. I truly love the lifestyle and could go on and on about the benefits and opportunities it has given me. Along with living a body building lifestyle, I am a huge believer in balance. I think everyone deserves to live and a little and should never restrict themselves to the point of stress or mental unbalance. Get your meals in, work your butt off with your workouts but don't forget to enjoy a drink or tasty burger here and there :)
I started out as a Nutrition client back in 2009. I went to Jason and Stephaney Theobald (Scooby Health | NuEthix) to break past my plateau's, to get into the best shape of my life at the time and that lead me to compete in the 2010 NPC Kentucky Muscle. Since then I've continued to immerse myself in the fitness industry and have continued my education by getting certified under multiple nationally accredited organizations for both nutrition and personal training. I've made it part of my life's mission to help others gain control of their own health and fitness.

BACKGROUND:
Transitioning from running to weight lifting has been completely eye opening for me. I was a competitive dancer through high school and continued to live an active lifestyle after that, but it wasn’t until I started lifting weights and really focusing on my nutrition that I started noticing the changes. I have multiple close loved ones who have made me curious and interested in learning more about the work that actually goes into bodybuilding and changing one's physique. I have no desire to compete at this point in my life but I have been learning, loving, and living a very similar lifestyle for the last 4 years. I have enjoyed learning more about supplements and how they work in conjunction with the lifestyle. I’m currently learning more about gut health as I, myself, am going through a pretty intense gut protocol.
I’m also a big advocate for balance. It is ok to indulge every once in a while and eat what you want, but if you want changes, you also have to be willing to put in the work, stay true to yourself and your goals, and be realistic. “Balance isn’t something you find, it’s something you create.” It’s all about your mindset!
HOBBIES:
Working out, learning more about nutrition and supplements, traveling, concerts, anything outdoors when it’s sunny, reading, hanging out with friends and family, my dog- Zoie, my husband- Zeb, and trying new bars and restaurants
