BACKGROUND:
I have always loved sports and was an athlete growing up, playing football, baseball, basketball, power lifting, and even some tennis. I train at least 5-6 days a week and maintain a strict diet year-round. Although I haven't stepped on stage since 2010, I keep myself in shape just in case I get that itch. I truly love the lifestyle and could go on and on about the benefits and opportunities it has provided me. Along with living a bodybuilding lifestyle, I am a huge believer in balance. I think everyone deserves to enjoy life a little and should never restrict themselves to the point of stress or mental unbalance. Get your meals in, work hard with your workouts, but don't forget to enjoy a drink or tasty burger here and there.
I started out as a nutrition client back in 2009. I went to Jason and Stephaney Theobald (Scooby Health | NuEthix) for nutrition guidance to break past my plateaus and get into the best shape of my life at that time, which led me to compete in the 2010 NPC Kentucky Muscle. Since then, I've continued to immerse myself in the fitness industry and have pursued my education by getting certified under multiple nationally accredited organizations for both nutrition and personal training. My passion lies in health and fitness coaching, and it has become my life's mission to help others gain control of their health and fitness through personalized wellness plans.

Spending time with family and friends, working out, playing music, trying new restaurants/breweries, attending ballgames and concerts, and listening to podcasts focusing on Health & Fitness.

BACKGROUND:
Transitioning from running to weight lifting has been completely eye-opening for me. I was a competitive dancer through high school and continued to maintain an active lifestyle afterward. However, it wasn’t until I began focusing on my nutrition and lifting weights that I started to notice significant changes. With multiple close loved ones involved in bodybuilding, my interest in health and fitness coaching has grown, prompting me to learn more about the work that goes into changing one's physique. I currently have no desire to compete, but I have embraced a similar lifestyle for the last 4 years. I've enjoyed delving into nutrition guidance, particularly regarding supplements and their role in supporting a healthy lifestyle. I’m also currently learning more about gut health as I navigate an intensive gut protocol.
I’m a big advocate for balance in personalized wellness plans. It’s perfectly fine to indulge occasionally and enjoy your favorite foods, but achieving your goals requires dedication and realism. “Balance isn’t something you find; it’s something you create.” It’s all about your mindset!
HOBBIES:
Working out, expanding my knowledge about nutrition and supplements, traveling, attending concerts, enjoying the outdoors when it’s sunny, reading, spending time with friends and family, my dog - Zoie, my husband - Zeb, and discovering new bars and restaurants.
