This package is to work specifically with Pozitive Wellness (PW) and it includes a CUSTOM nutrition plan, guidance on training, recommendations on supplementation, plus monitoring and plan changes. ALL communication is done online via email, Zoom or Phone with weekly reports, and bi-weekly pictures.
You will be charged the listed amount now and then the secondary listed amount every month thereafter OR each 12-week/6-month period thereafter.
**NOTE: you will automatically be signed up for renewals (described below). You will be charged on the same day of each month. If you do not want to continue working with Pozitive Wellness please cancel your subscription OR email us directly at Admin@pozitivewellness.com and request for the coaching package renewals to be canceled.
The monthly renewal fee includes the same service you experience the first month. You will continue to receive guidance on training, recommendations on supplementation, plus monitoring from the PW Coach. You will also continue to get changes to your meal plan macronutrients AS NEEDED (as your body stalls), though you are required to build your own meal plan based on the numbers given using our Online Diet Calculator (included in this package). If you need the PW Coach to build out your plans you may purchase the additional "Diet Build Out" service
**Please be aware that the monthly fee is paying for the Coach’s TIME, NOT for a new meal plan - you will likely not receive a new meal plan every month. The PW Coach will monitor your progress and make changes as necessary. Your meal plan only changes when your body NEEDS it, which is based on the discretion of each PW Coach (though your input is always welcome).
**By clicking PURCHASE HERE and submitting your information you agree to the following statement: "I authorize Pozitive Wellness, LLC, or agent, to charge my credit card in the amount of listed amount now and then the secondary listed amount every month thereafter OR each 12-week/6-month period thereafter until I cancel (see below how to cancel). If my credit card payment is declined my membership may be canceled immediately and I will be responsible for a processing fee of $30 paid by an alternate method."
***To cancel your membership you can unsubscribe at any time (you must have an account setup) OR you can contact Pozitive Wellness directly by emailing Admin@pozitivewellness.com and requesting cancellation.
