Package & Payment Policy

This package is designed specifically for Pozitive Wellness (PW) and includes a CUSTOM nutrition plan tailored to your needs, guidance on training, recommendations on supplementation, and ongoing monitoring with plan adjustments. All communication regarding our coaching services occurs online via email, Zoom, or phone, complemented by weekly reports and bi-weekly progress pictures.

You will be charged the listed amount initially, followed by a secondary monthly fee or every 12-week/6-month period thereafter.

**NOTE: You will automatically be enrolled in renewals (explained below). Your credit card will be charged on the same day each month. If you wish to discontinue your coaching services with Pozitive Wellness, please cancel your subscription or contact us directly at Admin@pozitivewellness.com to request cancellation of your coaching package renewals.

The monthly renewal fee encompasses the same level of service you received in the first month. You will continue to receive guidance on training, supplementation recommendations, and ongoing monitoring from the PW Coach. Your meal plan's macronutrients will be adjusted AS NEEDED (as your body stalls), but you are required to build your own meal plan using our Online Diet Calculator included in this package. If you prefer the PW Coach to create your meal plans, you can purchase the additional "Diet Build Out" service.

**Please understand that the monthly fee compensates the Coach’s TIME, not for a new meal plan each month. The PW Coach will track your progress and make necessary changes. Your meal plan will only change when your body NEEDS it, based on the discretion of each PW Coach (though your input is always welcome).

**By clicking PURCHASE HERE and submitting your information, you agree to the following statement: "I authorize Pozitive Wellness, LLC, or its agent, to charge my credit card the listed amount now and the secondary amount every month thereafter or each 12-week/6-month period until I cancel (details on cancellation below). If my credit card payment is declined, my membership may be canceled immediately, and I will incur a processing fee of $30, payable by an alternate method."
